01
Measure and quote
We come out, measure every opening, and check the framing, sill, and existing flashing. You get a written price the same day, not a vague range. Most single-window quotes take about 30 minutes on site, and full-house jobs run closer to 90 minutes because we check each rough opening.
02
Order and schedule
We order your units in the material and brand you picked, whether that is vinyl, wood, or fiberglass, from Andersen, Pella, Marvin, Milgard, Simonton, or Jeld-Wen. Standard sizes land in two to four weeks. You get a firm install date, and we call the day before to confirm the crew and arrival window.
03
Protect and remove
Drop cloths go down, furniture moves clear, and we pull the old sashes and frames. We cut the old caulk line with a utility knife, pry the frame free with a pry bar, and inspect the opening for rot or water damage. If the sill pan is shot, we rebuild it before anything new goes in.
04
Set, flash, and seal
The new unit goes in on shims and setting blocks, checked with a level on both planes. We flash the sill with flashing tape, seal the perimeter with expanding foam and caulk, and set the interior trim. Every window gets a full crank test and a lock check before we move to the next opening.
05
Clean up and walkthrough
We haul the old windows away, vacuum the sills, and walk the job with you. You get the NFRC labels, the warranty paperwork, and a short rundown on how to operate and clean the new units. If anything is not right, we fix it before the truck leaves.
